The greater the running distance, the more an athlete needs to rely on inner strength, intuition and self-awareness. My training approach stands out for its combination of rich experience along with tested, technical tips with development of the right attitude and strong inner motivation reach goals. All my solutions are tested in the most extreme conditions during long-term training, multi-day races, and even an Ironman triathlon. Along with the outer techniques and tips that are constantly updated, I love to use ancient mantras, meditation and prayer. If you rely on your strong inner will, it‘s guaranteed to help the body!

I am not only a running coach but an active  endurance athlete. I continue to take part in the world’s longest foot race of 3,100-Miles. There are 9 finishes in this race to my credit to date with a personal best of 48 days + 3:57:19 (64.4 miles/103 km per day).

All customers will receive one book for free of their choice. If you are prepaying for several month – 2 books by Stutisheel for free.

After your application, we will schedule online interview to finalise our agreement. And if everything will work for both of us you will proceed with payment via PayPal or Credit Card.

Other conditions

For our work to be efficient, you will need a GPS-enabled watch with a heart rate monitor. Our online communications will happen via any means available to you: Skype, Viber, Facetime, etc. From time to time you may need a smartphone with a video camera to record your workouts.

History of Coaching

The first time I seriously thought about professional coaching was year 2015, when I trained my daughter from zero running experience to her first marathon, all in 7 months. I believe in her, and she believes in me – this way we continue our trainings to this day.

With a personal trainer there is no need to repeat past mistakes that leaves one with injuries or despair. We will leave only those that will help to make the fastest progress :)

Using my experience, it will be much easier for you to create a holistic picture from the vast sea of available information on preparation for the ultra-long races. 

And one more thing: the longer the distance, the less experts there to guide you properly. As for the longest race in the world – 3100-Mile Race – there are only 51 people in the world who have crossed the finish line in 25years of the competition. And I am the only coach among them.
