Stutisheel’s presentation on holistic nutrition took place in New York City at The Oneness-Fountain Heart Restaurant. After 9 successful finishes in the world’s longest 3100-Mile Race, Stutisheel shared his experience on how to develop effective nutrition for maximum performance in extreme sport, as well as in day-to-day life.
For about 30 people who attended the presentation, special menu was prepared – a vegetarian beef salad, buckwheat with tofu, and raw chocolate cheesecake for dessert.
The talk continued with the questions and answers part and lasted for more than 2 hours – no one wanted to leave. All visitors were happy to receive Eat To Run book signed by the author as well.
